HI THERE, I'M REBECCA WATSON...

but you can call me Beck!

When I first began to practice yoga, never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the benefits and healing it would bring me. Fifteen years later, I’m still amazed how this practice shifts my energy and brings me home to myself

every. .single. time.

The decision to deepen my practice with my first yoga teacher training in 2011 was an easy one. I’ve built on that knowledge since then with continuous learning, trainings and workshops in Winnipeg and Baja Mexico over the past 10 years.

My gratitude is deep for my teachers and these sacred, ancient teachings.

Creating space, support and soulful connection are what I want to impart to my students, each and every practice. I love meeting new faces and making lifelong friends in my students!

more about me

I love to be outside adventuring in nature with my dog, Sunny, travelling to far away places, cooking for health & wellness, and being with my wonderful family & friends. I have fun indulging in Winnipeg’s amazing food scene and checking out our music festivals & cultural events!

I love living in Manitoba and sharing in the local magic :)

trainings and teachings

After completing my first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2011 at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja Mexico, I travelled back twice more to complete my E-RYT 500 hr with additional trainings in Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Bhakti, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I’ve been fortunate to take many teacher trainings locally with Liane Cherrett including her 'Empowerment Project' in Vinyasa Flow, as well as Prenatal and Restorative Yoga. I’ve also participated in Alex Mazerolle’s Girlvana YTT, whose mission it is to create a safe space for self-identifying teen girls to not only learn about the incredible benefits of yoga, but to also truly get to know themselves. I love keeping it fresh with the variety of classes that I’m grateful to teach. Continuous learning, trainings and workshops are an important part of my practice.
