embodying the element of water and lunar flow
open up and feel
This lunar flow and restorative practice will invite you into a deep hip opening flow and end in blissful restorative shapes. This practice will embody the element of water (jala) – ease and fluidity through moon salutations and Monday’s lunar energy. Meditation, pranayama, yoga practice, journal prompts and like-minded individuals to support you and hold space for all your moon feels.

embodied vinyasa yoga teacher training
What to expect
This one of a kind program is a 200 hour embodied vinyasa yoga teacher training led by Liane Cherrett and Rebecca Watson. A program focusing on vinyasa flow, restorative practices, the exploration of living yoga, personal development and most importantly a dedication to one's life so we may align with our soul's purpose!
This year long training is broken down into 10 weekend modules (1 consecutive Saturday & Sunday per month), next training begins in November 2022.
In addition, here are the value packed add-ons that are part of the program:
-year long online classes in a wide variety including breath work, guided meditations, yoga nidra, vinyasa flow, restoratives and so much more!
-one on one clarity sessions: unpacking some of the stories that hold you back, moving thru doubt and exploring what life looks like from a potential filled lens.
-outdoor yoga summer adventure and field trips that will serve to explore living yoga
Does this speak to you?
We'd love to connect!
